Kaseya 365 User components work together to prevent, respond to and recover from threats to users.

Kaseya 365 User provides the following essential components:

• Prevent: Anti-phishing, user awareness training, user susceptibility testing and dark web monitoring
• Respond: SaaS application management, SaaS event alerting and automatic SaaS account locking
• Recover: SaaS backup
• Automate: With this subscription, the common core set of integrations and resulting automations is expanded to over 50 automations, unleashing even more time, savings, workflow efficiency and opportunity for scale.

How does the upgrade process to Kaseya 365 User work for current Kaseya customers?

If you have modules that are part of Kaseya 365 User, all current licenses will be converted to Kaseya 365 User licenses. Any additional Kaseya 365 User licenses will co-term with a new contract.

If you want to keep your existing (non-Kaseya 365 User) modules and buy new Kaseya 365 User licenses (not upgrading your existing solutions), then Kaseya 365 User will be its own contract, and nothing changes regarding your existing subscriptions, terms or prices.

Kaseya 365 User combines everything essential to prevent, respond to and recover from user-targeted security attacks and data losses. Only products that serve those purposes and are licensed on an end-user basis/count are included.

All other Kaseya products can be added separately using standard licensing terms. This gives partners a scalable solution with essential security management, backup and automation while allowing them to expand as their needs grow.

Yes, you can still buy individual components of Kaseya 365 User. However, the bundled subscription is so cost-effective that many components are essentially free. Even if you don’t use them right away, you can activate them anytime at no extra cost. You can also start with a single component and upgrade to Kaseya 365 User later.

For new purchases of a Kaseya 365 User subscription, a minimum of 25 licenses are required.

Yes. A Kaseya 365 User subscription includes the essentials to prevent, respond to and recover from user-targeted security attacks and data losses. Fragmenting those solutions would leave some users vulnerable. These functions are essential user protection and therefore are provided together in this single subscription.

All licenses of Kaseya 365 User include 60GB of data per user. Current customers who already license SaaS Backup, and whose current license terms provide up to 100GB of data will retain that cap for those users, but all new licenses will include the standard 60GB allowance. Education users typically carry lower data requirements, so a lower cost/cap version is available exclusively to those qualifying customers.
