Which editions of Autotask and IT Glue are included as part of Kaseya 365 Ops?

Autotask Ultimate and IT Glue Enterprise are included with Kaseya 365 Ops.

Are payment processing fees included as part of Kaseya 365 Ops?

Kaseya 365 Ops lets you automate billing and collect payments. However, credit card and ACH processing fees are not included. These are charged separately by the payment processor and will appear on a different invoice.

How is Kaseya 365 Ops sold?

Kaseya 365 Ops is sold as a single subscription per user that includes all seven modules for managing and automating IT operations. There’s a minimum of three user licenses and a one-year term commitment.

What is the price of Kaseya 365 Ops?

The price is $129 per user per month. As part of our Partner First Pledge, we offer a price-lock guarantee. Your price won’t change during your contract term. Upon renewal, any price increase will be capped at 5% plus CPI.

How does an upgrade to Kaseya 365 Ops work for customers who currently subscribe to one or more of the seven modules included in a subscription?

If you're already using one or more Kaseya 365 Ops modules, you can upgrade for a small fee. This upgrade retains your existing modules and functions, safeguards your current investment and unlocks additional functionality.

We use your highest license count (e.g., Autotask or IT Glue) as the baseline, so when you upgrade, all Kaseya 365 Ops modules match that count, ensuring your whole team is covered.

If there’s any remaining value from your current setup, you can use it as Kaseya 365 FlexSpend to buy extra licenses for Kaseya 365 Ops, Endpoint or User.

Since every customer setup is unique, please reach out to your Account Manager to discuss your specific upgrade path.

Can I still buy a module of Kaseya 365 Ops on its own?

Yes, you can still buy individual modules on their own. However, upgrading to the full Kaseya 365 Ops solution gives you more value, including better time savings, smoother workflows and stronger integration between tools.

Even if you’re not ready to use everything right away, there’s no downside, as all modules are included. You can turn them on whenever you’re ready at no extra cost. You can start with a single module and upgrade to the full Kaseya 365 Ops solution later.

Do I need to subscribe to Kaseya 365 Endpoint or User in order to subscribe to Kaseya 365 Ops?

No, you can purchase Kaseya 365 Ops, User or Endpoint independently. However, combining all three gives you maximum value. Kaseya 365 Ops alone can save 13+ hours per tech per month. When you add Kaseya 365 Endpoint and User, the time savings can increase to 51+ hours per tech per month.

Are there any minimums or requirements for Kaseya 365 Ops?

Kaseya 365 Ops is available to both new and existing Kaseya customers.

If you're upgrading from one or more existing modules, your upgrade must match or exceed the highest number of user licenses from those modules.

Customers that do not currently subscribe to any of the components in Kaseya 365 Ops must purchase at least three user licenses.

Do all components in a Kaseya 365 Ops license have to be used for the same account/customer?

Yes, a Kaseya 365 Ops subscription includes all the essential tools to automate and optimize IT operations. Breaking them apart would limit the automation and time- saving benefits. The full suite works together to help your team deliver smarter, faster and more valuable services.

Do I have to pay for onboarding if I already use one or more Kaseya 365 Ops modules?

Yes, onboarding is still required, but it's tailored to your current setup. There are different onboarding tiers depending on which modules you already use. The goal is to optimize your existing setup, apply best practices for the new modules, and take a holistic look at your entire IT operations to streamline and maximize efficiency.

Is PSA migration part of Kaseya 365 Ops onboarding?

Yes. PSA migration is part of the onboarding process. A dedicated project manager will help ensure a smooth transition, so you can continue servicing and billing clients without disruption.

I already have Autotask and/or IT Glue, what benefits will I get by upgrading?

Using only parts of the solution means you’re only getting part of the value. When tools don’t talk to each other, miscommunication and duplicated work slow your team down.

We’ll then create a step-by-step rollout plan tailored to your environment, starting with the modules that will drive the most immediate impact, typically service desk optimization and IT documentation.

Once the foundation is in place, we’ll layer on the rest of Kaseya 365 Ops, such as billing, quoting, reporting and more, ensuring each piece is aligned with your operations and delivering measurable value.
